Sijingle App is an internal project management application developed by Sijingle Music Media Production Ltd.
It is designed exclusively for Sijingle’s verified business partners, agencies, and collaborators to manage and track ongoing music and media projects.
This application is not publicly available on the App Store and is used only by authorized users invited by Sijingle.
1. Information We Collect
To provide access and maintain the functionality of the app, we collect and store limited user information:

Full Name / Username: Used for account identification and communication within the system.

Phone Number (optional): Can be provided voluntarily for internal communication.

Date of Birth (optional): Used only for user profile personalization.

User ID: Automatically generated for authentication and internal record-keeping.
No other sensitive or tracking information (such as location, contacts, media, or device data) is collected.
2. How We Use Your Information
The information collected is used solely for internal business purposes, including:

Managing projects and communications between Sijingle and partner agencies

Administrative and accounting processes (e.g., project delivery and payment tracking)
We do not use personal information for advertising, analytics, or any third-party marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage and Security
All data is securely stored and managed through Supabase, which provides encrypted connections (SSL/TLS) for authentication and database management.
We take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
4. Data Sharing
Sijingle does not share, sell, or rent user information to any third party.
Your data is accessible only to authorized Sijingle administrators and technical staff as required for project management and maintenance.
5. User Access and Deletion
If you are a registered Sijingle partner or collaborator, you may request access to your stored information or request deletion by contacting us at iletisim@sijingle.com.
Deleted accounts are permanently removed from our system within 30 days of confirmation.
6. Compliance
Sijingle App complies with applicable privacy regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Union and relevant Apple App Store Review Guidelines.
All collected data remains confidential and used solely for operational purposes.
